Added Cairn & "Classic" (BX D&D) Styles

Hey everyone! Thanks to all the interest in this DM tool, I've added the following:
- A calendar with the Cairn 2e house style
- A calendar with a classic old-school style (based on B/X D&D)
- A dedicated .txt file with the design notes
